ACER will:
1.
Detect and remove errors in your credit file.
2.
Optimize your credit usage.
3.
Strengthen your credit file.
4.
Repair bad credit.
5.
Improve your credit scores.

Enrolling in ACER gives you the ultimate in credit repair technology.

Even if you have legitimately missed payments, you can begin taking steps toward better credit health, and higher credit scores, right now. ACER's patented technology process is so easy, anyone can do it.

ACER is the only automated credit coaching and educational tool used in conjunction with a government loan counselor for the purpose of helping you even qualify for a $0 down government loan. Once you enroll in the program, ACER analyzes your present credit file situation and calculates a step-by-step strategy to improve it. Every 90 days, ACER evaluates your progress, and provides further suggestions. Over the course of the one year program, your government loan counselor will be there to answer questions, and even notify you when your credit score improves enough to qualify for new credit such as a government backed student loan, business loan, or mortgage.

Here's how it works:

Setp 1. Your Starting Point.
ACER helps you to discover your overall current credit health.
The ACER program begins with an assessment of your overall credit health. In addition to your actual "tri-merge true and factual" credit scores, you'll see if any data errors are harming your credit score - and how to correct them.
You'll see a complete breakdown of your credit accounts, along with specific areas where your use of credit may be unintentionally lowering your scores. You even see issues that lenders (including mortgage institutions) may have with your credit file.

Step 2. Learn the proper Credit Score Improvement Steps to Take Now.
ACER features an easy to follow plan for credit score improvement.
ACER begins guiding you toward better credit health immediately by giving you easy to understand, step by step instructions based on your specific credit profile. If your file has data errors, ACER generates customized correction letters. All you have to do is print and mail. You'll even get specific guidance on how to best structure your debt to maximize your credit score potential. All you need to do is follow the advice that ACER gives you - and you'll be on your way to a stronger, healthier credit file.

Step 3. ACER Tracks Your Progress.
ACER's ongoing coaching helps you get better.
Every 90 days ACER takes a fresh look at how you are doing - and provides you with new coaching strategies based on your progress. ACER works for you during a full 12 month period, ensuring you always have a current plan to follow toward better credit health.
Since ACER is the only program offered under the guidance of a government loan counselor, who can let you know the moment you qualify for a new credit including a government backed mortgage.

ACER is simple, strait forward and effective. It helps you eliminate score lowering data errors, while also suggesting how you should use your available credit lines to have the greatest positive impact on your credit score. And its the only system offered by government mortgage counselors.

To Enroll in ACER, call 1-888-833-9363. Operators are standing by 24 hour a day.

Good credit health means an accurate credit file and proper credit usage.
ACER helps you improve in both areas - even if you know absolutely nothing about credit.

Good Credit Health: Part One
Eliminate harmful data errors from your credit file.

Your credit score is calculated from the numerical data in your credit report. Over time, its likely these data can become outdated, inaccurate or even corrupted. If so, your credit file is considered "unhealthy". When inaccurate, or sickly data are used to calculate your credit score - your credit score becomes sick and inaccurately lower than it really should be. The first step toward good credit health is to eliminate all data errors and ensure your credit score is being calculated using accurate, healthy information. ACER finds these errors automatically, and prepares the correct documents to get them corrected. All you do is "print and mail".

A few examples of actual data errors ACER detected:

18 point increase

Misreported Credit Balance
A credit card reporting to all three credit repositories (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) had an actual credit limit of $5,000, and a current balance of $1,440. One of the repositories incorrectly reported the credit limit as $84. The credit score was lowered because it assumed this borrower was significantly over the credit limit. Correcting this error increased the credit score by 18 points.

32 point increase

Incorrect Account Status
A Consumer's mortgage loan was purchased by a new lender. The accurate credit file would show the original mortgage with a $0.00 balance and a status reflecting that the loan was transferred. The new loan would also appear on the credit report. However, two of the repositories continued to report the original mortgage with its full, original balance owed, while also reporting the new mortgage loan. The credit score was calculated based on the borrower having two recent mortgages rather than one. Correcting this error increased the credit score by 32 points.

122 point increase

Invalid Collection Account
ACER detected a collection account that wrongly appeared in a consumers credit file. After following ACER's instructions the account was permanently removed from the file. The result? The affected bureaus credit score increased 122 points which qualified the applicant for the best loan rates possible.

Good Credit Health: Part Two
Using credit cards correctly can raise your credit score

The great majority of consumers use credit cards in ways that harm their credit scores. Even if you have made your payments on time, odds are your credit score is lower than it should be simply because you haven't been shown how to use your credit cards correctly. Do you have too many credit cards or not enough? Are you using your credit cards too much, or not enough? Are your credit balances too high, or too low? ACER performs a detailed review of your current credit use - and gives you a personalized plan to optimize your credit use so that you get the highest credit score you deserve.

A few examples of actual credit usage errors ACER detected:

78 point increase

Lowered Credit Card Balance
Acer detected that the consumer used one credit card too much. After paying the balance down to the designated amount, the credit score increased by 78 points.
----

63 point increase

Transferred Money to Another Card
A common usage error in which one credit card is heavily used, while others were used very little. ACER suggested transferring a specific amount from one credit card to the other. This action required no out of pocket cash and increased this consumers credit score by 63 points.
-----

51 point increase

Opened A $300 Limit Credit Card
ACER identified that a consumer's credit score was being harmed because he did not have enough credit card accounts. ACER suggested the consumer open one new credit card with a $300 limit. After opening this single credit card, the consumers credit score increased 51 points.
